Experience was excellent from start to finish. My initial phone call was returned promptly, all my questions were answered, and the date for service was established. As promised, I received a phone call the night before to let me know the exact time the next day. The truck arrived a bit early and the procedure was explained before beginning. I wanted to express our thanks for the service we received from your company. On the evening of April 22nd we had a septic emergency. We had called another company who refused to do anything for us. We contacted Gallagher and received a return call, empathetic conversation and the possibility of coming to our home close to 11:00 p.m. Upon discussion, we came to an agreement for your representative to come out to our home first thing the following morning.
The truck arrived at 6:30 a.m. and pumped our tank. This allowed for everyone to get a normal start to our day and for the back up to be cleaned as soon as possible. We appreciate the considerate, professional manner of your employees and thank you for your service. We will definitely be spreading the word!
